All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This gives you a tracking number and 10-18 days in transit. This is the most reliable international shipping method for the cost. If you have not heard from us, please feel free to get in touch and we will email it as soon as possible.

A few more International Shipping Policies:
Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
GingerTice does not refund for lost or stolen packages (Shipping Insurance available upon request for an extra fee of actual cost).
GingerTice is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

U.S. orders are shipped through the US postal service via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which normally takes 2-14 business days.
