Customer Service
Some products you receive are shipped directly from Ginger Pennington's studio, while other products (art mugs) are made by a production team off location. Therefore, if you should ever come across bumps in the road, please contact us so we can follow up and make things right. Payment Policy
Sales taxes are applied to orders sent in the state of Virginia.
Most major credit cards and debit cards accepted. No cash, checks, or money orders.
Item(s) will not be shipped until payment received.
Shipping
Original artwork, Matted Minis, and Necklaces:
U.S. orders are shipped through the US postal service via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which normally takes 2-10 business days.
Mugs and Totes:
(Currently unavailable)
These products are made on a per order basis, so please expect items to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the time of your order.
GingerTice does not refund for lost or stolen packages (Shipping Insurance available upon request for an extra fee of actual cost).
GingerTice is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This gives you a tracking number and 10-18 days in transit. This is the most reliable international shipping method for the cost. If you have not heard from us, please feel free to get in touch by e-mail: gtp117@hotmail.com.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges (this includes wholesale orders).
Product Quality
In the case of repairs or any other concerns, contact Ginger Pennington via e-mail at gtp117@hotmail.com so we can make sure you are 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase.
It is best to send a picture of the item when requesting repairs.
Can I commission you for a custom creation?
Custom commissions of paintings, portraits, drawings, and jewelry are possible.
